At Pakmail, we’re open 9-6 Monday-Friday and 10-2 on Saturdays.

We ship FedEx, UPS and USPS domestically, and DHL internationally.

We take drop offs for prepaid labels.

We send faxes, make copies, and have laminating services as well.

While Pakmail is an authorized shipping center for FedEx, UPS, and DHL, we also accept prepaid drop offs for them. We can give you a receipt with the tracking number as well.

FedEx Ground pick up time is 4 PM during the week.

FedEx Express pick up time is 5 PM during the week and 12 PM on Saturdays.

UPS pick up time is 5 PM during the week.

DHL drop offs must be here by 3:30 PM to be picked up the same day.

Our USPS pick up is usually by noon during the week and on Saturdays.

At Pakmail not only do we ship within the United States, but we can ship almost anywhere in the world! We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS for small packages and offer services with tracking all the way to delivery and insurance if needed.

We also ship by freight, whether ocean or air, for larger, heavier shipments that do not qualify for regular carriers. We take care of customs forms and provide estimated arrival dates so the recipient will know when to expect it.

If your item(s) need packing, we will take care of that as well and we will palletize freight shipments so the items are secure in transit.

We regularly work with local auction houses, such as J. Levine Auction & Appraisal, Scottsdale Auction, and East Valley Treasures to pack and ship items for customers who are unable to pick them up, whether they’re out of state or out of the country.

We use FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL to find the least expensive method for shipping packages of all sizes, such as artwork, pottery, and antiques.
